The Foundation
my way Foundation
Each person goes their own way in life. The my way Foundation takes the path of shaping change in society. As a non-profit foundation, it is dedicated to improving the lives of children and parents and works to generate economic growth through active parenthood.
Mission & Goals
Guiding parents and children towards a happier life.
Mission
my way wants to guide parents and their children towards a happier and healthier life. Through subsidised initiatives, parents are given the knowledge they need. This creates a basis for economic and social mobilisation from which the economy also benefits.
Goals
Children and a career are hard to reconcile in today's world. my way wants to bring about a peaceful revolution of men and women that makes the demands of a career and active childcare compatible.
The goal is to find a solution through the unique life-phase model of Professional Parenting. Central to this is the life formula: 9 + 36 = 90. It states that the 9 months of pregnancy and the first 36 months after birth determine 90 % of how happy, healthy and intelligent a child will be in later life.
With energy, enthusiasm and strength, my way ensures that this thesis is spread across all of Europe, to drive a positive change in society, the economy and politics. To pave a better way into the future for our children.
Legal form of the foundation
my way is a non-profit foundation that invests all of its income in further public relations activity, research and development programmes. With the help of its supporters, the foundation concentrates on improving the social, psychological, economic and biological health of the country.
The my way Foundation finances, among other things:
- the creation of a new awareness of infants' needs
- the Academy for Professional Parenting
- campaigns to advance Professional Parenting
- studies by scientific institutions such as the RAND Corporation and Yale University
"My journey is to be the inspiration that finds a new way for the world — my way."

are conducting a study initiated by my way to answer the following question: “What economic savings, earning opportunities and growth rates arise when children are happier, healthier and smarter?” This is the first time this question has been examined from an economic perspective, and the first time two such renowned institutions have worked on this topic.

When I present the vision of the my way Foundation to the world, I do so in the hope that many people will join our vision, so that the greatest opportunity of the century is seized. The my way Foundation stands for a new view of our path through life — one that does not, as is still common today, blank out the beginning and the end.
If we begin at a higher level, we give our babies a healthy start into life, in the security of mother and father. Let us create a new and better parent-child relationship.
Wholly healthy children will develop into equally healthy adults, who carry this momentum into the second half of life — one that does not end in stagnation and resignation, but opens into a new phase of life.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank my friend Ernst Fischer. my way came into being under him as mayor of Hagenbrunn: "Without you, this gift to all people would not have been possible." I also want to thank everyone who worked on this project, but most especially Dieter Altermiller (Media), Gerry Fischer (Art) and Primo Zogg (Architecture).
